Synopsis

Episode Background

The story of “Blank the Series” is set in the aftermath of the popular “Gap the Series”, which was based on the novels by author Chao Planoy. There is a gap between Gap the Series and its sequel, Gap: Eternal. 

Sister Nueng resumes their daily routine, Mon and Sam are now a couple, and Grandma reluctantly approves of their relationship, although they are not yet married. The details of their marriage will be revealed in the sequel. 

Khun Nueng, the protagonist of this series, is the older sister of Khun Sam from Gap the Series. It’s interesting that Khun Sam and her girlfriend Mon also make an appearance in this series.

Episode Setting

This show initially had a single season consisting of 12 episodes. However, after shooting 6 episodes, the reaction was quite surprising. Every episode garnered millions of views on YouTube, causing the trending topics on Twitter to skyrocket.

Well, it seems that the production company NineStarStudios has made the decision to reshoot the remaining episodes. They refined the script, addressing any rough spots from the original story and enhancing the logic and emotional depth.

I absolutely loved episodes 8 and 9! The interactions between the characters were filled with playfulness and teasing, allowing them to deeply express their emotions and establish strong connections, both physically and emotionally.

Within the Blank The Series novel, Khun Nueng’s remorse regarding her sister Song’s passing is briefly acknowledged. However, the screenwriters took the opportunity to delve deeper into this emotional aspect in episode 8. 

They depicted Khun Nueng shedding tears during the night, finding solace in the presence of the younger Aneung. It brought a new layer of complexity to both characters and their connection.
