How do I cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. You can reach us at [email protected].

Please note:

  • Changes or Cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours after your order has been placed.
  • After 12 Hours: Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.

How can I request a refund?

At QueenCinema, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how you can request a refund:

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item: You can return the new condition item for a refund as long as it has not been used. Please note that the return shipping cost will be at your expense.
  • You received the wrong item: If the item you received is not what you ordered, you can request either a refund or a replacement. If you don’t want the item, you can return it for a refund, but please note that the return shipping cost will be at your expense and the item must be unused.
  • Your item arrived defective or damaged: If your product arrived with defects or damage, let us know and we’ll make it right.
  • Your order didn’t arrive due to an error on your part: For example, if the shipping address you provided was incorrect.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days after the estimated delivery period has passed.
  2. Approval Notification: We’ll let you know by email whether your refund or replacement request has been approved.
  3. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount you spent will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding public holidays).

What if you don’t receive your refund within 7 business days?

  • Check with Your Credit Card Company: It may take a little time for your refund to be reflected on your account.
  • Still No Refund? If you’ve followed the above steps and haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Returning Items:

  • Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Insurance: For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

How do I return an item?

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you’re satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a return and refund. Please review our return policy below:

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  2. Instructions: You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. If the item is lost in transit, you will need to cover the cost of the lost item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
  • Notification: We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Exceptions
